Over the last 9 months, so many incredible people and groups have come together to raise money for Charlie’s Beach School, and we are beyond grateful for their hard work and dedication. Here are some highlights of the fundraising efforts that have left us speechless:

🍰 Euan and his friends baked and sold cakes, as well as home-grown plants, with an initial goal of £150. They ended up raising over £600! What an achievement!

🚴‍♂️ Charlie’s school friends took on the challenge of riding their bikes from Exmouth to Starcross and back (18 miles!). They raised an incredible £750!

🏃‍♂️ Rudy, at just 10 years old, ran the equivalent of a marathon over multiple runs, often with his family, friends, and his dog. He completed the final lap with Charlie’s dad, raising a massive £1,000 in the process!

🏃‍♂️ Alan, Charlie’s rugby coach, ran the City to Sea marathon in September, raising an impressive £800 for the cause.

🚴‍♂️ Mark, Charlie’s football coach and trustee of the charity, took on the grueling Dartmoor Classic cycle—109 miles with 9,200ft of uphill climbs! His effort raised an amazing £2,000!

We’ve also seen wonderful fundraisers from local groups like Happy Days Nursery, who raised over £100 with a cake sale, and The Sir Walter Raleigh Pub in East Budleigh, which raised £250 with a pub quiz.

We’re so grateful to each and every person who has taken on a challenge or put on an event to support our work at Charlie’s Beach School. Your generosity and dedication help us continue doing the important work we do!

Thank you so much—we couldn’t do it without you! 🙌
